Indium bars

Ingots are the industry-standard commercial form for pure indium. Indium ingots are preferably used in thin-film technology, in the production of indium tin oxide (ITO) and in semiconductor and solder applications. They are suitable for processes that require defined quantities of material with high purity.

Indium wire

wire offers a flexible, precisely dispensable form with high purity. Indium wire is preferred in electronics manufacturing, vacuum technology and cryogenics and is particularly suitable for processes that require form-fit seals or temperature-critical solder connections. Diameters from 0.1 mm to 6 mm are available.

Indium granules

Pellets and granules offer a precisely dosable form with high purity and uniform geometry. Indium pellets are the preferred choice for thin-film deposition - as a starting material for thermal vapor deposition in electronics and photovoltaic production. Their small piece size enables rapid melting and precise weighing in crucibles and evaporator baskets.

Common purities of indium for industrial use

Indium 5N (99.999 %)

5N indium is the purest grade available and is suitable for high-purity semiconductor processes, CIGS thin-film solar modules and special alloys with tight tolerances. Minimal impurity levels ensure reliable and reproducible material performance.

Indium 4N5 (99.995 %)

4N5 offers an economical solution with very high purity. It is used in ITO production, in precise coating processes and in semiconductor applications that exceed the standard requirements of the wider industry.

Indium 4N (99.99 %)

The 4N purity is the industry standard for indium. It is suitable for ITO sputtering targets, thin-film coatings, soldering applications and the production of alloys in a wide range of industrial applications.
